Returns & Refunds
All items sold are second-hand or vintage, and may show signs of previous wear. We provide detailed descriptions and photos for every item to ensure transparency. All items are checked and documented before shipment.
As such, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds unless an item is significantly not as described (e.g., major flaws not shown or listed).
However, if an item does arrive different to how it was advertised, claims of damage must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photos of both the item and packaging.
The customer is responsible for return postage at their own expense. Items must be packaged securely, using a tracked service, and in the exact same condition as they were received.
